DO YOU STRUGGLE WITH…
avoiding hard conversations?
knowing what to do in conflict?
feeling like you have given everything you have to solving conflict, but it persists?
the dynamics in your home or within your relationships?
not knowing where to turn for more help with your tumultuous relationships or in a specific scenario?
friction in your workplace?
IMAGINE IF…
you had the ability to create a plan-of-action before approaching hard conversations?
you had access to a safe space to talk through your thoughts surrounding a specific scenario?
you felt more comfortable approaching tough conversations with people you love- your spouse, siblings, children, or parents?
you felt more confident in approaching disputes in a professional setting, such as schools or your workplace?
What is Conflict COaching?
Conflict Coaching is one-on-one support focused on specific incidents. It is an opportunity for you to talk through the conflict with a neutral-third party, your coach. Together, we focus on: guidance in dissecting the scenario(s), developing more clarity, considering possible solutions, and constructing a plan-of- action. It is also a great space to discover new conflict resolution skills and practice responses.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you a therapist?
Conflict Coaches/Mediators are not therapists. We don’t solve your problems for you. We are specially trained to help guide you in processing the situation and you creating a plan of action. Also, we focus on helping you build tools that aide in conflict.
Does my session have to be about a specific incident?
In your session, we might start with a specific incident and also touch on general conflict you are experiencing. If you can’t pin-point a particular incident, that’s ok, conflict coaching will still work to help you build tools.
How do I know if I need conflict coaching?
I truly believe everyone could benefit from conflict coaching. From preparing for a hard conversation at work, to navigating conflict with your family, conflict coaching can help!
How many sessions will I need?
Many conflicts only take one session. Depending on the complexity of the situation, you might want to meet more.
Can you talk to both parties in the conflict?
I can! This would be considered a mediation or facilitated conversation. Click here for more information about these services.
What does it cost?
Conflict Coaching starts at $75 per hour.
